Another reason to hate Brett Favre.

Favre joining the Jets was such a big story that the stupid Jets preseason game replay bumped the Bears game NFL replay. And Favre wasn't even playing. Dammit!

I'm glad he's out of the NFC North.

A mean part of me really wants him to completely stink up the joint this year. The other part of me wants him to take the Jets to the superbowl v. the Bears so we can rip his heart out.

I'm guessing you could get some pretty decent odds on a Jets-Bears SuperBowl.

First, I have to see something out of Orton or Grossman that makes me think they can actually get it done....but, (exposing my ignorance to the book making world)is it better to play those odds early, or do they just change from longshot to likely (and reduce the payout) like in horseracing? If I can lock in some odds, now, hook a girl up!

The odds would change every week contingemt upon the likelihood of either of those teams making the playoffs. They could get better or worse.

Right now, you'd probably get like 500 to 1. So yeah...it's worth 20 bucks for a shot at 10,000.
